Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges
Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while we ship everything as quickly as we can, we have no control over the date that a package will arrive.
We are not currently shipping internationally, other than to Canadian addresses, due to the increasing number of countries imposing VAT and other import taxes.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns.
