Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while we ship everything as quickly as we can, we have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office we have very little control over the information we can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information. 

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

    - Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

    - Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    - Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of delivery

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    - custom or personalized orders

    - perishable products (like food or flowers)

    - digital downloads

    - intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
